I just got my first fatbike from Ascension Sports and I LOVE IT! The service was awesome, including holding onto my intended bike for me while I battled through covid and then adjusting my bike to fit me just right. They also responded quickly to every message I wrote to them. I have tried my bike in several types of terrain (mud with tree roots, through the shallow water on a sandy beach, gravel road, dirt path) and it goes through everything smoothly and comfortably! I am so excited!
